Ingredients
- Pasta of choice (penne or fettuccine work well)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh sage leaves
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add pumpkin puree, cream, and a few sage leaves. Stir and let simmer until thickened.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, garnish with Parmesan, and serve hot.
