Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

3. Assemble the Bites
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese filling into the pre-baked crusts, filling each about ¾ full.
- Top with a fresh raspberry or a small dollop of raspberry jam.
4. Bake the Bites
- Return the filled muffin tin to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
