- 200g of high-quality dark chocolate
- 1 cup of roasted pistachios
- 1 tsp of cardamom powder (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Stir in cardamom powder for a Middle Eastern twist.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle roasted pistachios evenly.
- Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours before breaking it into bars.
